Arriving at the temple was the beginning of making my dream come true, the hiking up the mountain was beautiful, being so far away from everything, the sound of the wind, the bugs, the leaves, the whole mountain being alive saying welcome, and at the same time checking me out, finding out who is this South American coming here… everything so alive and communicating with me.
The temple was even more beautiful that I had ever imagined and way more awesome than the videos you can see.
So was getting to know people from every country or continent, it was very interesting, different stories, different perspectives, all together for the purpose of learning sacred knowledge.
Li shifu was just what I imagined, a humble human pretending nothing, just living naturally what he is at where he is and fulfilling all the responsibilities he has chosen, especially at this moment in his life. His classes show an amazing vast quantity of knowledge and wisdom, way beyond I imagined, and not only in Daoism, but in many more aspects of sacred knowledge of around the world.
The schedule is just so perfect for me, waking up to hike up the mountain at 05:30, then morning healing qi gong, then breakfast, then the cleaning jobs at the temple, then switching between theory class or yang shen gong, having lunch, two to three hours of rest before the next class, sometimes gardening or harvesting herbs, then more class, then dinner, and in the night more qi gong and ending with meditation… I just love it, it is my dream come true to have such a day, so alive, so much practice, so much knowledge… so grateful.
Having weeks of this is such a present, it shows me that my destiny made me wait so long to give me such a great gift, I cannot love more the qi gong, or the yang shen gong, or the theory, or the meditation, everything is just so wise, sacred, amazing, profound… I am in deep love with the temple, the knowledge, the master and so grateful for making the choice of coming here as my first trip to China.
