To “have” Gong Fu you MUST understand the whole.

I have been deeply studying Gong Fu (Kung Fu) for 30 years and have always known that Kung Fu  is a very large spectrum work. Most consider it a narrow definition. Punching and kicking. Some cool forms and to the more knowledgeable maybe they would understand that Tai Ji Quan (Tai Chi Chuan) is also part. That’s about all you can expect. However, I consider myself VERY lucky to have had very excellent teachers that have given me the ability to see what true Gong Fu really is and where it comes from. As well as how to see who actually has “Gong”

Anyone that tells you Gong Fu is about training forms and fighting is only giving a VERY small definition. To truly understand any aspects of Gong Fu you must take the whole. As Chinese medicine treats the whole body to heal a single ailment.  Which by the way is a Huge part of Gong Fu. Watch any Kung Fu movie and you will see the master is always a Chinese medicine practitioner. To “have” Gong Fu you MUST understand the whole. Li Shi Fu is the only man I am aware of that has all the parts available to non Chinese practitioners. That is what this is about. Getting all the pieces  I am missing. Bai Ma Shan (White Horse Mountain) is to me ALL the other pieces. I have already in a short time filled some gaps, however the holes are enormous and would take a lifetime here to fill.
