Purpose: To learn Wudang martial arts and longevity techniques, applicable for both combat and personal healing. Participants can address their physical issues, promoting overall health and well-being.
Course Contents and Schedule:
Theory Classes: Principles of martial application and combat methods. Methods for relieving pain including moxibustion, cupping, music therapy, qigong acupressure, and massage. Daoist etiquette and taboos.

Purpose: To study the ancient Eastern art of guiding and cultivating qi, in order to attain personal physical well-being and the ability to self-treat injuries. Kung Fu Tai Chi, used for martial arts applications.

Purpose and meaning of studying the Internal Alchemy – Dan Dao course:
To let everyone understand the path and methods of Chinese Daoist cultivation;
To elevate everyone’s understanding of Daoist cultivation and the ability to distinguish the levels of the methods of cultivation;
To open the great door of our thoughts, to let us find a direction, find the value and meaning of our existence in the midst of the chaos and the illusory changes of society’s life, to explore the true reality of life and the truth of the universe;
To strengthen one’s energy field and frequency of vibration, to cultivate a heart of compassion, a heart of love, a heart of forgiveness and inclusivity, the capacity to eat bitter, the willingness to help others and to be of service to all living beings.
The purpose of the Internal Alchemy course is to study principles and methods, so as to later have the opportunity to unify the body and the higher self, to sublimate oneself, thus creating a true body, the Body of Immortals, attaining the Dao.

Advanced Daoist Medicine – The Yellow Emperor’s Zhu You Method

The content of study of this Daoist Medicine Advanced Level Healing Course is:
Tian Yi Huang Di Zhu You Shi San Ke, and its ancient secret transmission within Daoism.
The content includes precepts, prohibitions, requirements and methods to practice writing talismans, reciting incantations, and erecting an altar, so as to use those methods to heal many types of diseases.
The purpose is to be able to establish a channel, to obtain the help from higher levels energy fields to give healing to others, and become a true shaman-doctor.
Requirements for Advanced Level Healing :
- Strict observation of precepts

Purpose: To study the ancient Eastern art of guiding and cultivating qi, in order to attain personal physical well-being and the ability to self-treat injuries through practice of Tai Chi. Kung Fu Tai Chi, used for martial arts applications.

Yellow Emperor’s Zhu You Method – Practice
(49 Days in Seclusion, an extension to the Advanced Daoist Medicine course)
Purpose: Erect an altar to train in seclusion on: hand seals (mudras), methods, talismans, incantations, taboos, energy, gong.
Requirements and Process: Students who have completed the Advanced Daoist Medicine course– Yellow Emperor’s Zhu You Method; dedicated personnel serving vegetarian food; adhere strictly to precepts, cut off all external connections and practice 49 days in seclusion. Only those who have sincerity, patience, and the ability to endure hardships can enter. The teacher assists in setting up, opening the altar and stabilizing the altar every 7 days. Female students requiring special resting days are not accounted for the 49-day period. No fees refunded for early withdrawal from the course due to personal issues.
Upon successful completion of the 49-day training, the teacher will perform a ceremony for the student to enter into the Daoist Medicine King’s Gate, and a Daoist Doctor name will be given. Course completion certificate will be issued.

Hundred-Day Foundation Building and Cultivating
(An Extension to the Internal alchemy course, practice and cultivation for 100 days in seclusion)
Purpose: After studying Alchemical Daoist theory, this self-course focuses on hands-on experience in cultivation.
Prerequisite: Students who have completed the Internal Alchemy (Dan Dao) Course
Schedule: Practitioners will be in seclusion, practicing 24 hours a day without any external distractions. The teacher will provide guidance and assistance to progress every seven days. A dedicated person will handle meals. Upon successful completion of the 100-day training, the teacher will perform an initiation ceremony, bestowing a Quan Zhen Dao name and presenting a completion certificate.

Self-Healing Garden
(21 days, not included in the collective course schedule)
Purpose: Designed to help individuals address personal physical and mental issues. This program focuses on various natural self-healing methods, including the application of Daoist medical techniques to expedite recovery.
Contents and Schedule: While studying and researching treatment methods, participants will learn to regulate themselves, incorporating herbal and natural remedies to replace conventional medications and ultimately achieve recovery. It’s important to understand that we are neither a hospital nor a hotel, and our living conditions can be challenging. We are not divine beings or angels either. No one can guarantee that your illness will be resolved. We can only provide an opportunity, as your health and well-being are ultimately in your own hands. Through the methods we teach, we hope to open the door to your own self-healing abilities. We hope that by learning theoretical knowledge and practical methods of healthcare, you can restore your health and apply this knowledge to help others in need. Therefore, if you have any health issues, you can apply to participate and enter this self-healing garden.

Martial Arts Practical Class (100 days, individually tailored)
Purpose: To provide enthusiasts of Chinese martial arts an opportunity to enhance combat skills, including breaking bricks, shattering stones, joint locks, acu-points pressing, bone dislocation, escape, and the ability to swiftly take control and defeat the opponents. This class also offers a chance for parkour enthusiasts and children to learn Chinese-style parkour (light work).
Theory: Each martial art’s breathing, practice methods, precautions, supplementary practices to enhance skills, and methods and prescriptions for treating internal and external injuries.
Contents and Schedule: Eight hours of practice per day, no bathing, only wiping.
- Iron Arm Skill: Forearm guarding and protection technique; upon mastery, the forearm can resist strikes from objects like sticks. (100 days)
- Iron Broom Kick: Foot technique for the soles; upon mastery, participants can break tree branches and stumps with kicks. (100 days)
- Yellow Mud and Cinnabar Palm: Combining internal and external practice; upon mastery, the ability to emit qi energy through the palms is achieved. (100 days)
- Iron Sand Palm: Upon mastery, participants can shatter stones and bricks. (100 days)
- Pure Yang Grand Technique (Da Gong): Upon mastery, Pure Yang energy shields the body, allowing it to withstand blows. (100 days)
- Eagle Claw Technique: Grappling and joint lock skill with the thumb, index, and middle fingers, rendering opponents unable to escape, dislocating joints, and weakening and lose resistance. (100 days)
- Dragon and Tiger Claw Technique: Five-finger grasping and twisting power, making it difficult for opponents to escape. (100 days)
Requirements: Participants can choose only one of the seven techniques to practice. The 100 days serve as a foundation, and an additional 3-5 years of continuous practice at home are required after completion.
